Project Introduction

The third project of 2025 <Korea·A·Round Culture> is a collaborative exhibition between Germany and Korea. Total Museum, which began as Korea’s first private art museum and has since grown into a multi-cultural space, joins hands with Germany’s P61, where cutting-edge technology meets artistic inspiration, to present an exhibition under the theme of “Uniform.” Centered on fashion designer and art director Chul yong CHOI, a “core group” of eight participants including photographers and magazine directors jointly planned every stage of the exhibition. Through this collaboration, audiences are invited to explore diverse perspectives on the concept of uniforms, questioning their social significance and the impact they have on individual identity. The exhibition runs from August 28th to September 28th at Total Museum. From November 11th to December 12th, it will travel to P61, where audiences will encounter a new interpretation of “Uniform,” reframed within the German context.
